Train Song 03:42
All my shit has been in boxes Since the day you started moving on Yeah well half of me says settle in Half of me says what’s the point? In a month or so I’m moving To a place that is far up north And I’ll be one of the assorted things That aren’t your problem anymore Say your vision’s getting weary When it used to help you see so far Well you’ve walked a mile in my shoes To find me barefoot sitting at the bar One good dose of thunder Will help you feign concern I’ll return you to my pocket Reminded that I’ll never learn While I was making enemies You were busy making friends When all these hands you’re holding Aren’t quite as new as you’ve said You’ve won your validation But I don’t care to give it clout Cuz now you’re just another face He doesn’t give a damn about Comprehensive list of grievances Played out on the phone Drag me down to hell with you Every now and then when you’re alone Speechless when you realize I’m no longer on your shelf I’m sure you’re pretty pissed right now And I don’t suppose this song will help Yeah, I’m sure you’re pretty pissed right now And I don’t suppose this song will help

King Nobody 02:56
Well I guess you got your way Kept the world from turning again And I guess I could convince myself To believe in someone else But it’s all the same Yeah it’s all the same And I know just who you’ll blame If one day you find you’ve changed Truth and regret Rarely share the same address But it’s all the same Yeah it’s all the same And I know he’ll be okay And I know you’ll say the same Here it’s cold outside Not as cold as the words you say And I’m sure he’ll share your faith I’m indifferent towards the player but I know I hate his game And the solitude found in the fall When your word became law It was all the same It was all the same And I know he’ll be okay And I know you’ll say the same Here it’s cold outside Not as cold as the words you say Here it’s cold outside Not as cold as the love you gave

Oh I wish I was my shadow I’d be so slender dressed in black I’d fall behind or lead the way But no one would think to ask Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Oh I wish I were these city streets You could stand up on my back You walk all over me anyway So don’t feel obliged to ask Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Don’t you ever want to stay the way you are? Don’t you ever want to stay the way you are? Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad? Whendya go and get so bad?

Thanks Kevin 03:29
In dreams I see the waves They’re the first to take Everything you’ll make with him And I think I deserve a name So that way I’d know who to thank When he doesn’t give a damn abut you Oh no You can tell me that you don’t Tell me that you don’t want more You can tell me that you don’t Tell me that you don’t want more Eyes rolled still hold his weight They’re the last to claim Everything you’ll blame on me If I can’t make this obvious Met with denial I’ll take anything from you except your word Oh no You can tell me that you don’t Tell me that you don’t want more You can tell me that you don’t Tell me that you don’t want more Never wanted more you wanted something new Never wanted more you wanted something new Never wanted more you wanted something new (tell me that you don’t, tell me that you don’t) Never wanted more you wanted something new (tell me that you don’t, tell me that you don’t) Never wanted more you wanted something new (tell me that you don’t, tell me that you don’t) Never wanted more you wanted something new (tell me that you don’t, tell me that you don’t) Never wanted more you wanted something new (tell me that you don’t, tell me that you don’t) Never wanted more you wanted something new

Don’t think that you’ve done wrong babe But don’t think that it’s alright Just believe me babe When I walk away And believe me when I don’t think twice Don’t say you thought I’d wander Don’t say you thought I’d stray Just believe you me I wore it on my sleeve When you know I don’t expect the same Don’t wait to go get happy Don’t wait to go get sure One unturned stone I had to let you go Count on that and nothing more Count on that and nothing more Count on that and nothing more

We act like we’re all thinking Of whatever’s left to say You suspect that I’ve been drinking So what do I know anyway? Anyway Ignore my best intentions Just to leave myself unchanged Cuz I could never keep your attention But hey you still got mine anyway Anyway Pretend like you’re still wanting To lighten shades of gray And we’ll forget that you forgot me Cuz it’s not worth rememberin’ anyway Anyway Anyway Anyway Anyway Anyway…

about

"Bed Bugs And Other Disasters" is my first release as a solo artist. I have been working on this project for quite awhile now. It's not entirely untrue to say that this album is about 5 years in the making. This 6-track EP contains the following:

-A song about a train
-A song about a father's son
-A song about a shadow
-A song about a photograph
-A song about a stone
-A song that was never about a band

A big thank you to my good friend, Alex Katsaropoulos who produced this album and ultimately took it to places I could not have on my own. Also, thank you to everyone else who made this record possible. You know who you are.

I hope that you enjoy this EP and I hope it is the first of many.

Thank you!
